Plasma cutting is a process used to cut steel and other metals of various thicknesses using a plasma torch. In this method of cutting, inert gas (in some cases compressed air) is fed at a very high speed through a nozzle. At the same time, an electric arc is formed through the nozzle to the cutting surface, converting part of this gas into plasma. The plasma is hot enough to melt the metal and moves fast enough to remove the molten material.

The company "Chernev Clima" offers services for plasma cutting of parts made of black and stainless steel, aluminum and various alloys. The overall dimensions of the part (group of parts) must not exceed 1 250 x 2 500 mm. The cutting accuracy is 0.25 mm.

To cut the details, the client provides a drawing in .dxf or .dwg format. In the absence of such a drawing, we provide a service for making the drawing, for which you pay extra.
