DELIVERY:

Delivery time is up to 5 working days in cases where the product is available in our warehouse. The products are sent after our associate contacts the customer by phone or the customer confirms his order by Email. If the given product has the status "Prices on request" the delivery time is increased depending on the type of productс, the country of origin as well as circumstances that may cause its delay.

Free delivery within the city: This service is offered in the case when a customer has paid an order of not less than BGN 1200. Delivery is made on a linear schedule.

The customer can choose the method of delivery with courier in the village or at the entrance to his address.

All products are sent after additional agreement with the customer!

Payments:

Types of payments when buying an item from chernevclima.bg:

• When paying by bank card, the customer is transferred to the online card payment system, where he enters his bank card details and makes the due payment. Chernev Klima - Service Ltd. accepts payments by bank cards MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron.
• The data that the client should fill in when paying with a bank card are:
• Card details (number, validity date, 3-digit security code, cardholder's name, address).
• Authentication data (To identify you as a cardholder, the payment server for e-commerce of our servicing bank supports the authentication schemes of international card organizations - Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode. In case you are registered by your issuing bank in these security schemes , a page will appear on your screen where you need to enter your authentication password).

• When choosing a method of payment "by bank transfer", after the customer places an order, an offer with a number is generated. The client makes a bank transfer to the account of Chernev Clima Service Ltd., citing the number of the order / offer as a basis for the transfer. The offer is valid for two working days.

Additional information for foreign clients

• The currency of credit / debit card payments is Bulgarian levs (BGN). Any price of a product on this site, whose currency is different from Bulgarian levs (BGN), should be considered as information only. If the cardholder's currency differs from the payment currency, the amount of the payment will be calculated according to the respective exchange rate of the organization issuing the card. The maximum amount for payment allowed with one card payment is BGN 10,000. Customers outside Bulgaria are also responsible for all import duties, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements.
