Clima Distribution Delivery
The delivery time is up to 5 working days when the product is available in our warehouse. Products are shipped after our representative contacts the customer by phone or the customer confirms the order via email. If a product has a "Prices on request" status, the delivery time may increase depending on the type of product, country of origin, and possible circumstances that may cause delays.
Free delivery within the city: This service is available for orders worth no less than 1200 BGN including VAT. Delivery is carried out according to a fixed schedule.
The customer can choose the delivery method – by courier in the specified location or to the entrance of the address.
All products are shipped after additional arrangements with the customer.
Payments
Payment methods when purchasing an item from chernevclima.bg:
- Bank transfer: When selecting this method, the customer receives a proforma invoice number via email and makes a bank transfer to the account of Chernev Clima Service Ltd., citing the proforma invoice number as the payment reference. The proforma invoice is valid for five working days.
- Cash on delivery: After placing an order via email or phone, a company representative sends the goods via courier. The delivery costs are borne by the recipient (customer) unless otherwise agreed in writing beforehand. The company reserves the right to refuse shipment via cash on delivery at its discretion.
- Cash / POS terminal: The customer can pay in cash or via debit/credit card using a POS terminal available at the respective warehouse/showroom.
Additional Information for International Customers
The currency for credit/debit card payments is Bulgarian Lev (BGN). All prices in other currencies are approximate. If the cardholder's currency differs from BGN, the amount is calculated based on the applicable exchange rate for the day.
Customers outside Bulgaria are responsible for all import duties, quotas, permits, and other local requirements. We recommend checking the current local regulations before placing an order.
