Chernev Clima Service Ltd. provides services in the field of repair and maintenance of domestic and industrial air conditioners, heat pumps and VRF systems. The company is a specialized service of LG air conditioning systems for Bulgaria. In addition to full support from the Korean manufacturer, our service technicians have extensive experience in diagnosing and repairing most brands of air conditioners on the market. During the repair only original parts are used, which are procured from the direct importers for the country. Our teams have and work with specialized and quality tools and devices for diagnostics, thanks to which they can perform repairs on site. However, in case of a certain type of damage it is necessary to remove the outdoor or indoor unit and take it to the service base.
Our service department performs annual maintenance, which is a prevention for the air conditioning system to work smoothly and efficiently. As for household and professional air conditioning split and multi systems, this maintenance is not mandatory but highly recommended. However, according to Regulation (EU) № 517/2014 of the European Parliament and of the council of 16 April 2014 for fluorinated greenhouse gases, for larger systems with fluorinated greenhouse gases in quantities of 50 tonnes, CO2 equivalent or more is required, at 6 months. And for those with more than 500 tons of CO2 equivalent in three months. In such systems, a diary is also filled in, which must be kept regularly and provided during the inspection.
