General conditions for shopping in the online store www.chernevclima.bg

1. Subject of the General Terms and Conditions
   
   

   This document contains the General Terms and Conditions, according to which Chernev Clima Service ltd., with registered office and address of management: Varna, 188 8th Primorski Polk Blvd., entered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency with UIC 200928951, provides services and products to its users through the online store www.chernevclima.bg. The user expressly and unconditionally agrees with the present general conditions for the use of the site and the online store.
   
   

2. Consent
   
   

   By ticking the box "I agree with the terms of shopping", the customer makes an electronic statement declaring that he is familiar with these General Terms and Conditions and accepts them.
   
   

3. Conditions for ordering goods

   • Order.
     The delivery of goods from Chernev Clima Service ltd. through the online store takes place after an order has been placedfor delivery of goods. In the order, the customer indicates method of payment and contact telephone number. Each valid and accepted order by the customer automatically receives an official number and confirmation that it is accepted.
   • Confirmation and execution of orders.
     The operator of Chernev Clima Service EOOD must confirm by phone every order made by the customer.Chernev Clima Service ltd. reserves the right not to fulfill an order made through the online store www.chernevclima.bg, if the completed customer data is not valid, or if there is no availability of the ordered goods. The operator of Chernev Clima Service ltd. is obliged to inform the client about this on the provided contact phone or e-mail. Confirmation of the order takes place within a working day if the order is made before 16:00, and on the next working day if it is made after 16:00. In case the order is placed on a non-working day, the confirmation takes place on the next working day. The customer has the right to refuse or change an order before its confirmation by an operator. In case of order cancellation, if the customer has paid an amount by credit or debit card, it is refunded to the customer's account. The customer pays the value of the order at the prices specified in the order. In case the product cannot be delivered, the operator can offer an alternative product with similar characteristics and price, which the customer has the right to accept or refuse.
     
     

4. Delivery time and price
   
   

   The term for delivery of goods ordered through the online store www.chernevclima.bg is up to 5 working days in cases where the product is available in our warehouse (unless otherwise agreed with the customer), after receiving confirmation and payment of the order. . If the given product has the status "Prices on request" the delivery time is increased from 10 to 30 working days depending on the type of product and the country of origin.

   The delivery price within the Republic of Bulgaria is calculated for each order individually depending on the tariff of the courier supplier.

   In case of delay in delivery, regardless of the reasons, the operator of Chernev Clima Service ltd. is obliged to notify the customer and indicate a new delivery date.

   All goods ordered through the online store www.chernevclima.bg are insured at the customer's request during transport.
   
   
   

5. Promotions
   
   

   Chernev Clima Service ltd. offers various promotions. In case of discounts, the old price of the product is crossed out and the new lower price is indicated. Each promotion is valid within the specified period and under the specified conditions. You cannot use two discounts at the same time - you cannot use a discount coupon for goods that are already in promotion with reduced prices.
   
   

6. Terms and methods of payment

• Bank transfer:
  When choosing a method of payment "by bank transfer", after the customer places an order, an offer with a number is generated. The client makes a bank transfer to the account of Chernev Clima Service ltd., citing the number of the order / offer as a basis for the transfer. The offer is valid for two working days.
• Bank card - from the online system of BORICA for card payments: 
• When paying by bank card, the customer is transferred to the online card payment system, where he enters his bank card details and makes the due payment. Chernev Clima Service ltd. accepts payments through bank cards MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron, V PAY.
• The data that the client should fill in when paying with a bank card are:
• Card details (number, validity date, 3-digit security code, cardholder's name, address)
• Authentication data (To identify you as a cardholder, the payment server for e-commerce of our servicing bank supports the authentication schemes of international card organizations - Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode. In case you are registered by your issuing bank in these security schemes , a page will appear on your screen where you need to enter your authentication password).
• Additional information for foreign clients
  The currency of credit / debit card payments is Bulgarian levs (BGN). Any price of a product on this site, whose currency is different from Bulgarian levs (BGN), should be considered as information only. If the cardholder's currency differs from the payment currency, the amount of the payment will be calculated according to the respective exchange rate of the organization issuing the card for the day. The maximum amount for payment allowed with one card payment is BGN 10,000. Customers outside Bulgaria are also responsible for all import duties, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. We recommend that you check the latest applicable local law requirements before placing an order.
• Credit card validation
  All credit / debit cardholders are subject to verification and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to pay, or for some reason does not allow payment, you will be notified immediately. When checking a request for ordered goods or services, we may use your information to prevent and detect fraud. One of the reasons we may disclose your address and zip code is to check the IMRG alert or security alert or other anti-fraud scheme. At any time when we disclose your information, it will remain protected. If you believe that your data is incorrect, you may correct it in accordance with our privacy policy.
• Card data protection
  During the authentication process, the store staff does not have access to the content of confidential data that is exchanged between the cardholder and the bank, despite the fact that the transaction takes place on the store's website. To prevent fraud, when paying with a Visa or MasterCard, we apply the best practices recommended by international card organizations:

7. Delivery of goods
   
   

   The customer receives the goods from an employee of the courier company with which Chernev Clima Service ltd. has concluded a contract. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer receives an invoice and warranty card, as well as signs a handover protocol certifying receipt of the goods. The customer is obliged to check the contents of the shipment and compliance with the ordered goods before completing the protocol and pay the amount due in cases of "Cash on Delivery".
   
   

8. Warranty
   
   

   Upon delivery, the customer receives a warranty card for the item he purchased, which provides information on the warranty period and service.
   
   

9. Return of goods
   
   

   The customer has the right to return the goods purchased by him from the online store www.chernevclima.bg within 14 working days of delivery. The goods must be in complete set, in their original packaging, documentation and in good commercial condition. In this case, the customer has the right to receive back the amount paid by him, within 30 days of receipt of the goods in a bank account specified by him in the Declaration. In case the customer has paid with a bank card, the amount is refunded to the same bank account and card from which the payment was received.

   • In case of return of goods and complaint by the customer, he is obliged to call the phone of Chernev Clima Service ltd. - 0700 16 7 16 and indicate the number of the invoice for the purchase of goods. The operator indicates the address to which the customer must return the goods. The return can be made only on working days between 09: 00-16: 00. The costs for delivery of the returned goods are at the expense of the customer. For the purposes of these general conditions, "user" is anyone who accesses the Internet through the Internet site www.chernevclima.bg ("Chernevclima.bg").
