Rectangular air ducts with a perimeter over 5000mm.

Rectangular air ducts are ventilation elements designed to transport air in ventilation and air conditioning systems. Their individual sections are connected by a flange of Euro profile. In addition to straight air ducts, elbows, transitions, tees and S-shaped transitions are made and used. The perimeter of the produced rectangular air ducts is up to 8000 mm. The main material from which the air ducts are made is galvanized sheet metal with a thickness of 0.63, 0.82 and 1.0 mm, depending on the perimeter with transverse ribbing. By special requests, channels with powder polymer coating or from black sheet metal are welded. Connection of the channels is done through Europrofile - E20; E30; E40, depending on the perimeter. Sealing between the profiles is done with a strip of microporous rubber 9x4 and 12x6. CL or CM clamps are used for additional sealing.
